The Grade of the ordinary Portland cement indicates the minimum strength it will give at 28 days, under the test procedures and conditions specified in the Indian Standards. Thus 43 Grade cement shall give a minimum strength of 43 N/sq.mm. However the actual strength may be different (i.e. higher) depending on the quality of cement and it is acceptable as long as it satisfies the minimum requirement.
What happens if carbon black is added in coal and used as fuel in kiln.When carbon black and coal mixture coming to Vertical roller mill,there is lot of flushing taking place in Loss in weight system. For a given set point ,coal going excess which leading co formation and coal going less for a given set point making kiln down .How to stop the coal flushind if we use carbon black as a fuel in kiln.Please suggest Sir.
